Challenge

The treasury department faced challenges in managing accounts payable and receivable for operations in Austria, Italy, and Slovakia. The process was highly manual, relying on separate spreadsheets and large volumes of data, requiring extensive hours of analysis and making it difficult to compare actual data with forecasted values. This lack of automation and integration resulted in delays and inefficiencies in financial analysis.

Proposed solution

Dojo implemented a Data Engineering and Business Intelligence solution, centralizing data in the Data Lake and automating information updates. Using Qlik View, it was possible to integrate data from SAP and other sources, enabling detailed comparisons between actual scenarios and forecasts, with dynamic visualizations and analytical filters.

Applied methodology

01

Data Engineering

Centralization of accounts payable and receivable data in the Data Lake, eliminating the use of separate manual spreadsheets.

02

Business Intelligence

Development of Qlik View visualizations, including:

  • Analytical tables.
  • Time-series charts for month-over-month analysis.
  • Filters for comparing different forecast versions with actual data.

03

Automation

Automatic data updates directly in Qlik View, reducing manual effort.
